Staff did not apologize for maintenance issues, just said they would let maintenance know, no apologies. Our door did not lock, huge safety concern. We used the deadbolt and metal bar during the night thank goodness but when we left to get breakfast we could not secure our room and had to eat separately. TV did not work, no signal and they just said we weren't using the remote correctly??? We know how to use a remote. Lastly got a tow sticker on my window because the night staff did not provide and when I asked 3 times about the place to park and if I needed anything, she said no, just park anywhere you can find a spot. Same person kept running to another part of hotel and said she'd be back in 5 minutes...left 4 different groups checking in standing there with no explanation or apology. Definitely need major training in the service industry and common manners. Worst visit of my life and stay at Hampton Inns all over the county on a monthly basis.
