The room had maintenance issues that we reported to the front desk, the "restaurant" is actually just a bar with a limited snack/sandwich menu, and soundproofing to mitigate the aircraft noise was pitiful compared to other hotels we've stayed at on the same area.

I chose this hotel specifically because they advertise having EV chargers. Upon arrival employee explained they’ve been out of order for months. I checked in after 4pm, parked our car, and set up the payment for parking through their QR code. In the morning I left the property to make a quick target run, and charge my car before checkout. When I came back, I asked the front desk if I’d be charged for parking twice. And they explained no since I’m able to come in and out of property. We went back to our room, got our things and checked out way before check out time. And what do I see today? Another charge for parking and of course no one answers the phone, and their mailbox is full.

The star of the show was the shuttle driver Somelio who was full of character. The disappointing thing was that despite telling reception our sofa bed needed to be made up after checking in to our room (the booking was made for a family x6 so they were aware) they just dumped the bed linen in the room for us to do it ourselves. Not the of the world but they could have offered!

I lijkend that this was close to the airport as I just wanted to overnight in Miami in transit to elsewhere. The hotel was clean and convenient. Food in the on site restaurant was mediocre.
