My name is tiffany. Ive been residing at the extended stay america blue lagoon location, and i must say the office staff are very professional and respectful . They always show concern for and adress guest needs. The manager is such a sweetheart i mean very sweet.i live her so much. Shes truly an example of a leader and role model for all staff. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to book!!

The room had no privacy, no curtains or shades. I had to put a sheet up to prevent people from looking in. The kitchen consisted of a small sink and two electric burners that were so rusted you don't even feel like cooking on it. Lastly, you have to go to the reservation desk to get cookware, plates, and utensils. I won't pay 50 dollars a night to stay at Extended Stay. On the positive note, the staff was nice.

The fridge didn't work in the first room, the ice maker trays were cracked and leaked all over and the floor was filthy. we had to use some of the washcloths to clean it ourselves.

The roon smell really bad we have to buy some fresh air candle , the stove does not work at ali, There was a desk with no chair, it was a small chair wery dirty , the room wasn't clean ,the floors was dirty , the breakfast was coffe and hot chocolate and muffins and oatmeal every day ,that is not a breakfast

This property needs upgrading bad . Rust on lampshade, bathtub & side table. Molding smell all throughout the room! Only good thing about this hotel is the location!

The hotel staff was very nice and that’s the only good thing this hotel had. The property itself it’s in terrible conditions. The stairs haven’t been cleaned in months, outside it smells like pee, the rooms have a moldy smell. You are better off going to a motel than whatever this place is. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. I wish I could get my money back this was a terrible property
