Don’t waste your time reading the negative reviews and psyching yourself out like I did… this place was fantastic! Staff members new and old were knowledgeable and provided information when needed! Room was nice, all down to the scent of the lotions and soaps I loved lol. Had access to the gym, pool, everything! Only complaint? I couldn’t stay longer! (And the beds were kinda soft lol not worth dropping a star though!

Excellent location and Staff!! Everyone attend us very good even in a rush season!! The staff of the Valet Parking (I think Jose (have braces) & the Guy with long hair) are so good and very hard workers!!! Sorry for this, but the other two has poor customet service and always serious so that’s not good comparing to all the staffing in the Hotel!! I will comeback!!! Is Pet Friendly and is a perfect area for walk with your dog!!!

Dirty, not well maintained, elevator out of order (1/3), fridge in the room (suite) out of order, hot water in the shower system only available after several minutes upon starting the shower (9th floor), and few other issues.
