I didn’t have great expectations. I was expecting for the price ($60-$70 than redidence inns in the area) something clean but plain. I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I opened the door I saw (real) wood stairs and flooring, corridors with nice framed prints on the walls that reminded me of a New England home. The decor of the room was fresh and trendy, with nice details like the matching turquoise microwave and fridge with a retro vibe reminiscent of “Happy Days” or the nice vase with dry lavender flowers and wood decor in the bathroom. There’s a variety of nice restaurants a short walk away and the Coral Gables trolley stops almost in front of tre Hotel. Will come back for sure!

Ice walkable location with restaurants, a target and service very close. Bed was all springs with no soft topper. Other than poor bed. It’s a good budget place.

The room was kinda small, but cozy. We stayed in their beach themed room and i thought it was adorable. Clean. Mini fridge and microwave. The attendant wasnt super friendly, but wasnt rude either. No elevator, so it sucked dragging a 50lb bag up the stairs, but not a deal breaker for me. Definitely enjoyed our stay
