I was travelling with my wife and booked a room with a king bed. When we arrived, the hotel confirmed our booking then told us the only room available was two queen beds due to the fact that their loyalty program ranks ahead of Expedia bookings. Good to know.

Noisy. The walls are thin; you could hear the guest and the shower running in next room. The room was dark and the bathroom lighting poor. Given the high room rate there was no free water in the room nor bathrobe nor slippers. Disappointing.

Pedro at the front desk was great! The room (studio suite) was not that great. It was very clean but there was a bit of a funny smell and we had no view at all. The room was located next to the exercise room and there was a lot of noise, especially weights put down on the floor.

The room was nice and the hotel is beautiful. The area that the hotel is in was also quite lovely. It was a bit ridiculous that you have to pay $5USD for a bottle of water in the room after already paying so much to stay there. The cleanliness could have been a lot better. The hallways and elevator space were not kept clean at all. Most of the staff were nice but we had an incident with one of the ladies at reception who was very unpleasant.
