$500 on a tuesday night. taking advantage of widesrpead flight cancelations. Arrived and they had not power i the room for 6 hours. No discount, nothing to accommodate the inconvenience.

Beautiful Beach!!! Annoyed about $50 fee and lounges were not really included because if we got an umbrella which was necesssry, the charge was $30. Rooms were lovely and appreciated coffee shop and pura Vida on premises.

Beautiful property and location. Sadly renovations on next door property made it impossible to relax outside by pool. Also crowds from company functions made it difficult to relax at bar and enjoy a beverage

Amazing staff from the very start. We had many delays to get to this place, took us 12 hours from Vancouver with a baby. They got us in the room at 3 am had hot milk delivered for my baby and make sure we were well rested for the morning to start. Amazing hotel for kids, the pool and the beach was a big hit. We don’t have to go anywhere on the beach to find chairs- kids went straight to play and parents went straight to relaxation. Great work :)

The newly renovated rooms were nice, the staff at the nautilus were amazing, all of them. The resort grounds are nicely kept and very nice looking. The location is awesome, best luxury hotel close to all the main attractions in south beach.
