Room was clean and comfortable until you looked out the window and it was so dirty. Also, one night a flock of parrots landed on the window sill and kept us up all night. I’m sure that’s not the first time.

The beds were uncomfortable, the staff is friendly, but i had to request the room be cleaned many times. If cleaning is not done daily, what is the point of staying in a hotel?? They over charge for valet parking and provide no other option. Location is great, rooms are remodeled, but beds are old and in bad shape.

Room was very clean, comfy, and neutrally designed. No microwave though. Staff was very friendly and bilingual. Valet staff ate SUPER NICE and genuinely one of my favorite parts of the stay. Nice area too.

Had a great stay during U. Miami Family Weekend! Convenient location with easy access to the Metro line to campus. Breakfast was included in our reservation and it as wonderful, with buffet options as well as very nice and helpful table waitstaff providing options for made to order eggs. We will definitely stay here again!
