Beautiful property from the outside, however. I wish I would have known that I would have to share the same restroom with 2 other rooms which made having to use the restroom very uncomfortable.

I had a very short one-night stay to volunteer at the 305 Half Marathon. Prior to my arrival, I asked for a room away from the restaurant to avoid at least some noise, and they kindly obliged in a timely manner! I love how conveniently located this place is...not in the nicest neighborhoods, but within walking distance of Brickell.

Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Note that there are no elevators at this hotel. We were on the 3rd floor and had to drag our heavy suitcases up the stairs.

If you’re looking to party and not get any rest, then this is your place. Chances are you will not get parking inside their gated parking lot. They have a bar that stays open till almost midnight so the guest for the bar take the parking spots forcing you to park your car in the street. The rooms are not soundproof so you hear the train, airplanes, and the loud partying from the bar. The rooms are extremely simple. Do not expect extra toilet paper or towels.

The room wasn’t terrible but it did smell a little musty, maybe from the moisture in the air. The toilet wouldn’t stop running and the bed creaked every time I turned. It seemed like a lot to ask of them when asking for towels. I also found a pill on the floor of the corner of the room from a previous stay. I will say the outside is beautiful and makes you feel like you’re in a tropical stay. I don’t think I would stay again though.

A cafe 2 blocks away…no side table lamp, no a/c, no where to hang clothes, little tiny black bugs in the bathroom (we were on the ground floor) the property itself is lovely We had the front desk call us a taxi and we think it was a relative and I asked the $ to the cruise port -he said he had a meter so we thought ok…we pull up to the port maybe 7 minutes later and he said $50-I said not a chance! He showed me his phone and it said $42-I said nope, the ride from the airport to the hotel was $42 and that was 25-30 minutes! Gave him $35 and felt totally taken!! Shame on this hotel!!!

- No elevator, so if your room is not on the first floors be prepared to carry your luggage up some narrow stairs (no help available). - When we got to our room air conditioning wasn’t working at all, when I communicated this to the front desk staff, they rudely invited me to request my money back on Hotels.com instead of offering a promo solution. After some time the hotel fixed the AC. - There is a restaurant / bar in the hotel and music is loud until late night, since the hotel is very small, music is quite audible in the rooms, if you are up for this kind of entertainment, it is great, if you want to rest quietly, this is a problem. It should be clearly established in the property description. - Last day, same problem with air conditioning, didn’t bother to talk to front desk.

What a little gem! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, they went above and beyond. The hotel itself feels like you stepped into a little oasis. The restaurant has the best pizza and staff. The room was so nice and spacious. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back and visit.
