Amé este lugar. Me impresionó muchisimo. No fui a jugar, fui a tener un viernes magico con mi esposo en un hotel pensado en relajacion adulta. La habitacion muy bonita, limpia y comoda, salvo el colchon... No fue bueno ni para mi esposo ni para mi, fue el unico inconveniente. El hotel es precioso, sus instalaciones son fabulosamente hermosas, la Noche de concierto en El bar inolvidable, romantico y divertido. Me encanto no ser la unica que estaba feliz. Todo el mundo parecia estar conmigo en el mismo lugar magico. Los trabajadores son excepcionalmente amables y alegres. Las alitas con papitas del restaurant rapido son sabrosisimas. Las Brisas y su desayuno incluido fue mi parte favorita, hay estilo, belleza, y buen sabor. Lo recomiendo decididamente. Agradezco Todo lo bonito que me senti alli, y algun dia espero volver.

Never ever stay in this Motel. This is not a hotel. Probably a garbage 1 star Motel. Very disappointed at the staff and they never sent a shuttle to pick us from the airport. Tried calling them 20 times and no one answered at the front desk, even called them from the hotel room and they still didn’t answer calls. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night prior to leaving for a cruise. I booked this room for 2 reasons. 1. They offer complimentary transportation from Miami airport to the resort and 2. The jacuzzi tub. We paid for one night in the king suit (the only option with a jacuzzi tub). Prior to our flight, I called the hotel to schedule a ride (assumed they’d like a heads up for the driver) from the airport to the resort only to find out they stop the shuttle at 8pm! Our flight landed at 8:30! There was no attempt to help us, make any exception or accommodation or even an apology. We had to pay $50 for an uber. After we got to the room and settled, we ordered door dash and ate dinner, watched tv then decided to filled up the tub to take a bath. The steam revealed hand prints and other unknown (I don’t want to know) “smudges” all over the mirrors surrounding the tub! It was so disgusting, we didn’t even get to soak in the tub. I am not a confrontational person, so when we checked out and they asked how our stay was I mentioned the dirty bathroom and that we didn’t enjoy our stay since the tub was the only reason we even booked at their “resort”, and the guy shrugged me off and said “oh, sorry. You’re all checked out.”. If you book here, you may want to bring your cleaning supplies from home and do it yourself. Had there been ANY attempt to resolve any of the issues we had, I would have given positive review for effort! Nope!
