Don’t normally do reviews, but felt compelled for this one. The room had what looked like poop smears in the bathroom, found a roach in the bathroom, and a small bug on the bed. The staff in the morning was polite, but that was the only positive. Save your money and stay somewhere else!!

I needed a quick one night stay after a late flight into Miami. All I wanted is a clean room. I was too tired to look around the room after checking in at 1:30am and went to sleep straight. The next morning when I woke up, I noticed something concerning. Right under my pillow I found a bunch of tiny black dots….not sure they are bugs since they are not moving….or some bug eggs…..I did notify the front desk staff at check out and hope their cleaning staff will do something about it. Not that best experience even for a quick overnight stay.
