Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and although a tiny bit small very well appointed. The staff were were very polite and helpful in particular the guy at reception, didn’t get his name but will get it on our next stay, as we liked it so much we are returning next Saturday, (28th Feb), for one night when we return from our cruise. It is very close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants on Collins Ave, would definitely recommend.

Great room, get the breakfast package ! Well worth the extra. Need a pool key after dark, kind of a bother always having to go to lobby to get on the rooftop. Maybe a service phone would solve that, but overall a great stay and a great staff.

Good sized and Clean room, decent shower, good bed and pillows with helpful staff. Great location for South Beach and Espanola way. Breakfast was good also. Rooftop/pool area clean and comfortable. We hit the cold snap which spoiled the overall experience as the rooftop was unusable. Only negative was its single glazed and off a main road, about 3am every night we had some 'super car' sounding like a war zone pass the hotel, waking us up.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The location was fabulous as we could walk to everything and the roof rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing.

Housekeeping was good, but the room had a noticeable mildew smell. There was constant creaking throughout the building, and you can clearly hear neighboring rooms when showers are running, which made sleep difficult. Storage space is extremely limited, and the room does not qualify as a “suite” by most North American standards. The layout is poorly designed. The desk and coffee maker block what little drawer space there is, and the coffee maker’s power cord does not even reach the wall outlet. Overall, the room felt cramped and poorly thought out, and the “all suites” branding is misleading.

Excellent stay at Nassau Suite South Beach. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and recently renovated, with comfortable bedding and great amenities. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. A special and sincere thank you to Kimberly, who truly stood out with her exceptional service. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive, making the check-in experience seamless and setting the tone for a great stay. Thanks as well to Victor, Eduardo, and Mercedes for their kindness and support throughout the stay. Nassau Suite South Beach will definitely be my only and best choice in South Beach. Highly recommended.

Both the hotel facilities and the room were spotless. Mercedes and Eduardo, at Reception, made a huge difference, providing excellent advice and taking care of all our needs. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Ocean Drive and the beach, with many shops and restaurants around. We used the valet service, also very good, but there is also a public parking nearby. Highly recommended!
