Great staff. Great location.

It was nice. The first room we had was really dirty unfortunately. But a call down to the front and the manager quickly switched us. The second room was beautiful and clean. The pool was HOT. Like almost jacuzzi hot. Not relaxing in the Miami heat at all so we unfortunately avoided it. Service charges on everything so watch the prices. But overall great location, a beautiful beach and very helpful staff.

Camera molto piccola bagno piccolissimo personale cordiale, la struttura è bella ma molto trascurata il personale in piscina non pulisce a sufficienza abbiamo trovato parecchi bicchieri sporchi e sporcizia. Ascensore che non funzionava. La camera è stata rifatta alla sera si erano dimenticati di rifarla. Il cibo è di scarsa qualità . Mi ricordavo questa struttura ben curata di qualità e pulita. Sono rimasta delusa.

I didn't like the construction next to my room, the television wasn't working nor was the hotel room phone and I had to keep requesting wash clothes because housekeeping would never leave any in the room after they cleaned. However, the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. and the bar area was nicely stocked. All staff members were friendly and professional. Also, as a side note the carpet in the hallway needs cleaning and deodorized. There were a slight smell and the coloring looked dirty.

2 nights in south beach!

Stayed 2 nights and the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the view, because we didn’t have one. The location was perfect We opted for the inclusive breakfast and it was so worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

The lobby, pool and beach entrance are very nice. The rooms, not so much. Pictures online are deceiving. Room is very tight. Bathrooms are tiny. Hallways smell like mildew. Only 2 tiny elevators. 1 wasn’t operating. Takes forever to get picked up. Pricey.

The lobby is beautiful but the rooms, hallway and floors are dark and gloomy. Horrible lighting in the rooms and bathrooms. Rooms are small and the bathrooms are very tiny. Fix the lighting and make it bright and beautiful like the lobby. Pool is nice and clean. Kids friendly and safe. A little remodeling will do. I give it a 2-3 out of 5.
