The hotel was great just recently remodeled. The staff were friendly and welcoming I had a great experience. I would definitely return. The Sunny Isles area was a very easy area to navigate, not as busy as the South Beach. THAMX NEWPORT!

The lobby and exterior are being renovated. The hotel made that clear when I booked. Hopefully the rooms will be next as they were clean but needed to be totally renovated. New and better lighting, outlets for chargers near beds, luggage racks and new carpet, paint and furniture are needed. the rates reflect this do videos to the owners. Pool and outside look great!

It’ll be wonderful in January 2026

The lobby starts really nice. It was renovated. And the pool area too, it’s gorgeous. Then comes the room, well to say the least they haven’t done anything since they are remodeling. It’s clean, but very well used. The tub had enamel chips in it and a weird gab under the tub like a hole under it. There was a lil mold in a closet. The hallway walls are gross and carpet is wrong. All the rooms look the same. Only thing that saved it is the view from the balcony and pool area was great. Bbq food was delicious. Bed was good clean. Staff was ok saying no they seemed rude. The guy who checked me in was the only nice one along with the bellman. Top 3 floors are closed for remodeling.

False advertising!

Once we arrived at the hotel they informed us the hotel is under major renovation, all the pictures on the website is what the hotel will look like once the renovation is done! A lot of amenities wasn’t available. The housekeeping was horrible! They only replaced towels and did very little cleaning!

Property is under renovation. For the price it is a good deal. Beach is lovely. Pool is lovely. Pool bar and beach attendants provide excellent service. I want to thank Derek for his wonderful service while we were on the beach. My main complaint is the dirt and dust in our room. I hope that after renovations that will change.
