The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The pool was amazing and so was the wait staff that walked around helping with opening and closing sun umbrellas, and also delivery food and drinks as needed. The hotel itself is going through renovations which we knew ahead of time, but our room had not been renovated yet and was pretty run down. I would come back once the renovations were finished to avoid the jackhammering we heard the entire time we were there.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Despite all of the bad reviews saying things about the construction... It was not that loud it was absolutely wonderful to see the progress and all of the future building and renovations with pictures....It was so nice, and i loved it.

Highly recommend this beautiful resort. Every single thing you need is there, they have good food, or there’s tons of food options on the street and it’s safe and beautiful any way you turn. The staff really cares about making the stay wonderful. The only thing is the beds were not comfortable, but they are renovating! We cannot wait to go back, and stay in the newly renovated rooms. Lobby is nice, there’s snacks, etc. you cannot go wrong!

We enjoyed our stay. Beach was great. Everything is within walking distance. (Food, stores, shopping). Pool area was GORGEOUS & the heated pool made it even better. Rooms are in desperate need of updating if I’m being honest. Nevertheless, we had a great time & wouldn’t mind visiting again when the remodeling is done.

The hotel staff were all wonderful from the front desk to the beach attendants. We were in a small corner room it was VERY dated - bathtub jets were moldy and it look like the tub was spray painted - sink facet leaked all the time. The worst was we had a baby roach crawl into a take home food box - so we had to put everything edible in the fridge the entire stay - Luckily we saw it before anything was eaten!

The best thing about this property is that it is on the beach and has a pool. The hotel is very old and is in the process of being renovated. The rooms are spacious but definitely outdated and don't look much like the photos. Hopefully after renovations, the rooms will be better overall. We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the beach and using the pool. The pool was very nice and heated, and at night they have bonfires and the views are spectacular! The pool service and beach chair service were as expected.

Worse experienc I had room was dirty my daughter was bit by bed bugs! They never offered anything but told me theyd have room inspected! 3 days later report came bag not infested but we had pictures of the bites and the pattern which bites in pattern of 3 bites! Had pisture of bug along with blood spats on mattress cover! Each mamager argued and gas light us as if we madenit up!
