The property itself isn't super fancy, but we really loved it. We just wanted something simple and chill and this was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. We didn't need an uber at all. The staff was great; super friendly! Would easily stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights here after our cruise, we were about 4 hrs early for check in they kept our luggage for us & we grabbed something to eat.we got a call that the room that we booked with a balcony wouldn’t be available because the ac was broken the manager,Henry I believe his name, was very polite and respectful didn’t charge us the “resort fee “ and gave us 2 extra drink vouchers. We appreciated the effort to make it right. The breakfast was pretty good , but the lobby always seemed warm . It was a pretty nice stay .

Hotel downgrades room at check-in

My wife and I booked one of their nicest rooms, the villa penthouse with a terrace, only to arrive and be told the room was unavailable and we got downgraded to a regular hotel room and that the person working the desk was unable to do anything. The next day we spoke to the manager and were told that our room we booked had pluming issues, so that’s why we were unable to stay in it. Eventually we were able to get moved to an ocean view room but this was an awful experience that ruined the mood of the whole trip we spent months planning and were extremely excited for. I might have been more forgiving if they had informed me of any issues before we arrived and gave me a chance to cancel or if they issued a partial refund, but all they did was not charge the “resort fee” which did not make up for it. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and encourage people to stay away from it.

Great spot close to the beach with pool access

We arrived early, and they were able to store our bags, which we very much appreciated. They even gave us a pass to the pool until our room was ready. The staff was super friendly and took care of all our needs.
