I really bad stay with this property. They had me a downgraded room and didn’t say anything until I called from the room after checking in. The doors didn’t work so I was never provided a room key and someone had to come to my room each time gain access. The room was also dirty.

THE ENTIRE STAY WAS UNACCEPTABLE, THE JACUZZI BATH TUB WAS OVERFLOWING FROM FAULTY PLUMBING, THERE WAS NO CLEANING AND CHANGING OF SOILED LINENS UNTIL THE LAST EVENING OF THE STAY AND THE WASHING MACHINE WAS FLOODING AS WELL. A COMPLETE 4 DAY NIGHTMARE!!!

This was a very poor experience. Room wqs dirty, hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Dried up spilled juice and garbage on the floors. Reached the front desk, they moved us to another room that had the same issues. Called multiple times to the front desk and were told housekeeping were coming to which they did not until we made several trips up to the front desk to apply pressure. Almost 2 hours later someone showed up and did a quick vacuum. This unfortunately was a very disappointing experience and as a result would not stay here again.

Room was extremely spacious and large and had a great kitchen setup. Location was close to lots to do. Property was gated and safe and the pool seemed nice. My only issue was the cleanliness. Our room seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned, or used, in years. The entry floor was dirty, there was thick layer of dust on the counters and there was debris on the floor (someone’s else’s plane ticket stub from 2023).
