Breakfast was not the best in my opinion. The scrambled eggs were terrible and the hard boiled were ice cold. I also expected better fruit seeing as I was in Miami, it wasn’t so good. The first day it took a while to get a seat, not sure why. A tip was expected for getting me hot tea on a free breakfast voucher. I tried to go back for lunch within the time the QR scanned code stated but I got there and the lights were off and there was no one around. I stopped to look at the menu at the bar instead of the apparently early closed restaurant and the staff payed no attention never mind asking if I needed anything. I went back to the room and ordered from Uber. The room was good enough, old but fine. Quiet except for the airport (not a complaint) just over all quiet was nice. I purposefully stayed near the airport so I’d expect that noise. The shuttle to the airport was good. Dropped off right at the airline counter basically.

Could use a little more attention to cleaning…stained linen, dusty, curtains could stand a good cleaning. Visible collection of dust on baseboards and in corners. One decaf and one regular coffee??? Most of us have at least two cups a day.

The room was so cold and there was no way to make it warmer--only colder! No blankets in room. It's January! We froze all night and couldn't wait to leave! The most uncomfortable nights stay I can ever remember.

Room was more than neglected, bed was wore out, very old bedding and pillows old, the shower handle fell off the first time we tried to use it. The air conditioning did not work properly and there was no ventilation, I absolutely would not recommend this motel until they update there soft goods
