Tv did not work the ceiling was leaking ac really didn’t work, they charged my card for parking after I went back to the desk to cancel parking because I let my brother take car back to his shop so didn’t have to pay and didn’t have any plans to go anywhere I booked a king I got suite that was on roof versed I didn’t like it it’s cute on the outside but not waste of money I wish I booked some where else

Whatever you do do not stay at this hotel. This entire hotel is filthy, decrepit, and the “culture” is disgusting. They do not maintain the hotel. It is absolutely not clean from the floors to the bathrooms to the beds. They use a single sheet instead of a fitted sheet for the beds and you can see shells from bedbugs. We got a room arriving at 9:30 at night in the moment we walked in it was not clean. The bathroom still had urine in it. The bed had the other guest imprint on it, and his flight tags were still on the table. When they upgraded us to a “suite” I felt even more gross in the room with the sticky carpet floors and run down bed with pillows that smelled like mold and wetness. This hotel was a humidity trap. Awful Customer service. Do not stay at this hotel

The room I was first assigned had mold on the ceiling as well as a smell to it. The furniture in the room was dirty. I was assigned a second room that also had mold but no smell. I stayed in the second room because I was already exhausted from my trip into Miami.
