I did need to switch rooms during my stay due to the room smelling like mildew. But the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating in helping to rectify the situation. Otherwise i had a great stay.

The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was amazing!! Loved the dining option in the evening! The shuttle to the port was a mix up though. We paid for the gratuities the night before but on the day of the shuttle we had another driver who demanded we pay the gratuities again. He was very rude and stopped to pick up another passenger before taking us to the Carnival Magic Port.

The hotel was very nice, room was clean and the food at the bar was good. The staff was very friendly and it was very close to MIA airport. The one thing I didn’t like was there was not much parking (I had a hard time find a spot) due to so many vehicles parking with extended stay and the parking spots were small. Overall would recommend.
