Unacceptable behavior by the staff and unwillingness to help in any sort of kind and humane way. I paid for a room and was unable to use the room and they have zero logical reasons for their rude behavior.

The hotel exterior and some interior areas not clean . The front parking area the roof incredibly dirty. Landscaping and tree limbs on the ground. Furniture in the room almost falling apart. And yes noise was another issue

Hotel is nothing compared to online! There was nowhere to park the entire 3 days we stayed there and was still charged $10 a night for parking, we had to make our own parking space. The room was semi dirty we had to clean to our liking. The one restaurant they do have close early with a limited menu.
