The staff at the hotel are fantastic. They made the stay. There are 2 buildings at the property, the main one and an annex. The annex is old and has suffered some flooding issues (I’m guessing). We were upgraded to this building. The room was clean, with lots of space (2 king beds), but the hallway is overpowered with air freshener to mask the smell. If you have allergies or breathing concerns, stay in the main building.

South Florida Fun

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. It was fine. It was a good location. We drove to Key West and back one day. It was convenient to the Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park.

Convenient location for exploring south Florida. Property is dated. Parking lot access is difficult. Staff was friendly and efficient, but the selection and quality of food was limited. Our second night, we went out to dinner just a few blocks away and saw a stabbing at a nearby business.

Toilet and shower head were in need of repair but everything else was decent and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a good part of town and it felt safe and welcoming.

Good place on the way…

I'm a fan of the Hilton line, and this time I wanted to try something different cause was for one night only. The lady at the front desk was very kind and understanding, I appreciate that. She let me see the room before confirming my stay. The property is in very good condition, although the bathtub is a bit small and uncomfortable for my like…. But, what I disliked most was at bed time, the sheets were white and apparently clean, looking really nice but the top one and comforter smelled like pee. The lady at the front desk, who was on the night shift, immediately apologized and took care of solving the problem immediately, in few minutes I had clean bedclothes in my room. The breakfast was varied and pleasant… good for everyone choose. Good place to stay on the way to the keys or coming back from there…..
