Pool was not as nice as shown in pics online , needed some maintenance. The room was clean. The restaurant and bar at the hotel were very expensive compared to nicer hotels in the area, so we did not go there.

When we arrived the two guys at the front desk seemed to be more concerned with what was on there cel phones other than the customers. One of our rooms had no AC and they didn’t seem pressed to get it fixed. They were put in a smaller room which sucked because we came to celebrate a birthday. After a heated conversation with the staff things got fixed and we had no issues with the rest of our stay.

The only downsize is no parking but that seems to be the way it is everywhere. Staff was nice it was clean only a block from Ocean Dr and the beach so very convenient location.

We had no internet service the whole trip meaning we couldn’t watch tv. I’m that person who goes to sleep to the tv so that sucked, we walked up and down the stair two days because the elevator was out. I feel like the resort fee should have been waved for those reason alone.
