Beautiful place to stay

The Grayson Hotel, is a beautiful place. I was just unfortunate on my trip to run into a few hiccups. After speaking with the Manager, he apologized for my inconvenience and that it was not handled appropriately at the time. I can truly say, putting those matters aside I complained about. The hotel - hotel staff and the Manager get a 10/10. Lovely team, oh so welcoming. The Grayson made me feel like it was my home away from home as I stay d for 9days. The only bad part, no Netflix lol 😆 Family friendly/ toddler friendly Welcoming team Located to all the locations you can require, I’m from the UK took a solo trip and walked around a lot.

My husband and I frequent Miami several times throughout the year and stay at a different property each time. The Grayson is now the only place we're going to stay! The staff is so friendly, the amenities are modern and plush, and the views are impeccable! If you want a getaway combined with a city vibe please do yourself a favor and stay here!

The Grayson Hotel Miami provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities I was looking for, except dish-ware. It was an excellent value for the price. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Miami.

So this hotel I had some mixed feelings about, upon arrival I was very impressed, they took our bags into the free luggage storage since we arrived early, then they notified me that I would get a call when the room is ready which was great since the last hotel we stayed at we had to periodically check in to see if it was ready. When I entered the room is when my impressions took a turn, just to use this as a example on how dirty the floor were, I had brand new white socks on and within 10 minutes of walking around the room the bottom of my socks were brown. The glass panel that is connected to the patio is not sealed completely, I could hear air coming through the entire time and when I pushed on it the glass actually budged out a bit. The “Rainfall” shower head was not working properly, almost like it was just leaking out the side of it. We book the Jr suite which is one of the more expensive rooms so you would think they would get it right. They told me breakfast was included at the desk but when I got up the restaurant they said it was not. I also thought it was odd they don’t leave any bottled water to purchase or have in the mini fridge since most hotels do that. It was hard to give this hotel more then 3 stars with how the room was. Other then the room deficiencies I thought the hotel service was great.
