I thought this hotel had a beautiful pool and beach area with great friendly service. The fitness center had great equipment oo. My room was clean, and modern, but the first room had a running toilet that didn't flush, but per my request they found another room for me, as I didn't want to wait for a repair man as that was already cutting into my peace in my stay.

The staff is amazing. The rooms appear very new/renovated/sleek. The beach/ lounges/staff is lovely. Food in the restaurant was excellent- prices felt on a higher end ( but i am not able to compare them with neighboring hotels). Location is obviously great. Spa is small but very accommodating. Overall, the greatest assets is staff who went above and beyond

I never wrote reviews, but this will be the exception because this place is a gem! The staff, the vibe, and the overall experience was that of a much more expensive resort. The service is exceptional! I love a resort with great service and I’m willing to pay a premium for that experience, but here you don’t have to. The only downsides I can think of is that there is not hot tub and no complementary bicycles like other resorts.. but honestly those things are minor compared to all the benefits. I can’t overstate how phenomenally helpful the staff was. Bartenders, poolside service, beach attendants, front desk, concierge, bellhops… I could go on and on. A 10/10!

I've stayed here several times because I really like the hotel, staff and service. Thistl time I had an incident occur with one of the front desk managers and his attitude but fortunately the next day I spoke with another manager who resolved the situation to my satisfaction. My only real complaint and regret was that the bathrooms on the main lobby level where the restaurant was had been closed for renovations and it was a huge inconvenience to have to keep going up and down the stairs or wait on an elevator. There should be 2 bathrooms on that level but it was what it was. I did enjoy the food in the restaurant and the staff but I do wish the menu was more expensive with more food choices for the entree's!!
