I love Donald J. Trump & all.. but I would never stay at the Trump International Beach Resort again. I booked a double queen room with a balcony. First they gave us a room with a king bed & a hot tub on the balcony so we were just going to figure it out. But the hot tub was broken and we were informed we shouldn’t have been booked in that room so we moved to a different room where the balcony was under construction & the workers knocked on our door this morning wondering why we were in there. It was just overall not the best experience & they did absolutely nothing for us at all after all the trouble. 2/5 only for the pool & beach. We aren’t rich.. just normal people & I feel like it was a complete waste of money.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast and pool facilities are wonderful. However, we've noticed that the rooms appear somewhat worn, the bathroom is in need of maintenance, and perhaps an update to smart televisions would be beneficial. Additionally, we suggest that the pool bartender be informed of the correct drink prices.

Wifi in room was unstable, disconnecting often. My daughter had an allergic reaction to whatever detergent was being used on the sheets. We won a jackpot in the arcade and were never given our points / tickets, even after talking too the front desk - such a scam. Pool area service was slow. Food was overpriced. Salon the first floor was terrible, we had a manicure and they didn't even use water?!?! Many things like fountains and pools and waterfalls around the property were not working. For what we paid for this trip, we didn't get the experience that would have matched that expectation. It was a let down.
