Room condition and cleanliness was average. A stove and full size refrigerator was a plus. There was no pots, pans, plate, glass, cutlery. None was available in the hotel. Front desk was closed and locked the next morning and no answer from the phones. No staff at all in the hotel up to the time I left. I had to leave the key and no one to check me out.

Staff were very helpful and kind. The way the hotel operates is good, but it is in very very bad condition and needs to be renovated urgently. The condition of chairs in the rooms was appalling, huge tears in the fabric. The lifts (elevators) were dirty all the time. While it is acceptable that rooms are not serviced daily as that is part of the suite’s methodology, it is bad not to clean the lifts and common areas. But I want to finish again by commending the reception staff who were efficient and friendly.

The overall experience was average. Unfortunately, the furniture in the room was very worn out and visibly deteriorated, with scratches and items in poor condition. This gave the impression of a lack of proper maintenance and negatively affected the comfort of the stay. The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs to update or repair its furniture to improve the guest experience.

The rooms do not match the pictures. They’re not the same size. They don’t have coffee makers. They don’t have an oven like they said that they did. I asked three different employees before I even checked in the clerk was rude. There was no coffee in the lobby, no signs seemed that there was not to be coffee in the lobby. The rooms were dirty used toilet paper. It was disgusting. The entire trip was horrible and when I tried to ask for a refund, the manager did not get back to me at all.
