Immediately when we walked in the beds were dirty And the TV didn’t work then they offered a different room which one we walked in the AC was off and it smelled like mold. So they offered another room handing us two keys to go check out two other floors and one of the rooms me as well so we took the other one to avoid having to find another place to stay. We went to dinner by the time we come back from dinner the front office was closed and the phone in the room isn’t working. The TV isn’t working correctly the bathrooms look like they weren’t cleaned. We asked to get refunded, but they said it would have to go through the third-party and it was gonna be very hard. We are not happy at all with the condition of this place

This property is not suitable for Visitors who travel to Miami . Before you book please make sure that you don’t need anything below 1. They never clean the room for 2 weeks 2. Never change the bed cover or any bathroom towels 3. There is no room service or front desk to call 4 . Kitchen area no cutlery or plates or even a single pot Fridge is 20 year old with a bad smell We have to take the garbage if it’s full due to no housekeeping . No airport transportation or any local transportation You have to use Uber or own vehicles Good thing is have a parking space,

The property did not match the photos shown in the listing and was in very poor cleanliness condition. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned and did not meet basic hygiene standards. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable staying and had to leave. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

I was underwhelmed by my experience here. I arrived for check in at 4pm and the desk was closed with a shutter pulled down! After calling the hotel number, someone came out to assist about 5 minutes later. The room had a weird musty mixed with citrus scent and the floor was very sticky. The elevator also made a loud creaking sound.

Arrived at 2:30 no rooms ready. Check in at 3 so went back at 3 and still no rooms they had to recheck if anything available after 10min finally found room. Room was dirty. Bed had crumbs on it and fridge looks super stained and had food/drinks inside. Wouldn’t stay here again seems like it’s just for people long term and homeless.

The staff wasnt super friendly and the hotel itself is not very accessible as in there were no luggage carts or sliding doors so you had to open each door (only single doors) while carrying all your crap. Also for 4 stories there was only 1 elevator that sounded like it was about to break. There was a tv but no channels. There were no utensils or cups or coffee maker or anything in the room so even if you wanted to cook something you had to go buy it all yourself. The comforter on the bed is super thin so you might bring your own blanket if you book here. Only positive thing was the bed was actually really comfortable or i was just really tired.

Upon check in. The process was extremely slow. The next morning I went to shower and asked the maid in the hallway for extra towels, she replied there were none available as they were all being washed and if we needed any at that moment we should go to the store to purchase more. Upon leaving for the day shortly after that to ask the front desk for fresh towels, no one was present at the desk to assist us. The unit was extremely ran down and not well kempt. I would NEVER return to this establishment. They need to close the doors.

It was very dirty in the lobby the hallways the bedding had to be changed and refrigerator was so damaged on the outside it began to rust. Not what I would expect from this type of hotel.
