The hotel provides very limited services to its guests. The hotel has a restaurant on site, but does not provide any room service to its guests. Additionally, there is minimal customer service provided to guests. I had requested if there was cutlery which could be brought up to the room. The response from the front desk, was that I could come to and get my own plastic cutlery. Lastly, room service did not provide us with a complete turn down service on our first night during our stay. This hotel appeared to be running on a skeleton crew. If you're thinking about checking in here. Think again and consider other hotels with better service nearby.

Room had mildew, leaking toilet, hole punched in bathroom door, fixtures corroded and crusted with orange hard water and rust, no comforter on the bed, foul smell coming out of the AC and the fire alarm went off in the room next door for over 30 minutes around 6AM with no staff on site to shut it off or provide guidance for us to know if it was a true event that required evacuation. Barely slept and if we could have just picked up and gone somewhere else we would have. Not truly a staff issue but more of a maintenance and upkeep issue, the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and professional. But by the time we came back and got ready to go to sleep, all staff was gone.

Hotel was disgusting, sheets were stained yellow, hair on beds, floors dirty, snot literally on bathroom wall, no toilet paper in room, trash in hall. Basically looked like a crack motel. We definitely left and asked for a refund.

Worst experience I have had when staying at any hotel in my life. The hotel smelled terrible once you pass through the doors. Not only that but they gave me the keys to a room where there was someone staying it or at least that’s what it looked like since I close the door immediately once I saw the TV on and towels in the floor. When I got back they gave me another room and the smell was even worst, smelled like humid wood and saw a few cockroach. Need a refund immediately.

We would never stay in this hotel again!!! Everything inside the hotel looked used and outdated, like if they went ahead and got all the furniture, light fixtures etc to a clearance warehouse. Housekeeping is a joke!!! They have a sign all over that seas Housekeeping is every two weeks . If God forgive you need fresh towels, soap etc they would charge you!!!! Parking lot full of working trucks and crapy vehicles with expired tags!!! DON'T STAU HERE!!!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I think the hotels on 8th street are better than this. It took 3 times for me to get a clean room- its as if the people just checked out and I was checking right in- dirty sheets and trash. I finally got a clean room and it had the worst smell in it. I went to shower and there was no water pressure- the best part you may ask? The fire alarm going off because of the steam of the bathroom. When I opened my door another guest opened his and said "were you showering? thats normal that the fire alarm goes off". When I told the front desk all the gentleman said to me was "sorry" and shrugged his shoulders.

Everything was okay over the weekend. The hallway was clean. There was a strong pine smell, though. I don't know if it was the new-looking flooring. I didn't like that there was no breakfast, and the very bright rooms at night needed curtains.
