Not friendly staff. So perfume smelling I had an asthma attack. Woke up to bites and found bugs in the bed. Convenient location. Could walk to drugstore and several places for dinner. Shuttle to cruise worked very well.

The room was nice and so was the location. This hotel is advertised to have included breakfast (which is why I booked this over another hotel) and that was not the case! They have a restaurant connected that you can have breakfast at but it’s very pricey

We expected valet parking which was critical for us since the hotel is positioned in a very busy area of downtown Miami. On arrival we discovered that we were completely on our own as the parking garage was under construction. This is completely unacceptable. Even if you went to a chat room on the hotel website they would tell you that valet parking was available for $55.

The check-in was frustrating. There’s information about valet on the website and I called ahead same day as check-in to inquire about it and received information, but when I got there the front desk told me there was no valet and to park in public parking behind the building. The parking behind the building was closed as well, so we had to walk in the rain with our luggage. Even if that was a one-off day where they don’t have valet, the guy on the phone told me that you’re only allowed to check your car out once a day. If that’s true, that’s ridiculous.

I was not happy about a $20 mandatory resort fee. It gave you two bottles of water and a free cocktail after the purchase of a cocktail. I arrived very late and did not get a drink, but $20 for two bottles of water is rediculous. The room and staff were fine.

Bathroom was rough no shower curtain in the room and the shower handle fell of anytime you touched it let staff know and they responded ok A/C system was extremely loud making it hard to sleep
