Ac was not working , room temperature never went down from 77 . It just need a mayor update on the rooms . I didn’t have any options. The hotel does not have parking . Over $60 in 1 night valet parking . If you are going to just stay for a couple hours to sleep is fine . The personal are very nice but it really needs an update .

Very disappointed with my stay. Room was dirty and had BLOOD STAINS ON BEDSHEETS !! I told the front desk reception who told me to forward photos via email which I did and I never once heard back from anyone or had this issue resolved. This is a safety hazard !

Good affordable hotel in nice location near bayside marketplace and bayfront park. Read the fine print about the WiFi being an EXTRA CHARGE per day when you get there. Elevators are slow. Otherwise very nice stay!

Dirty rooms and negative staff

My wife and i stayed here for the second time, as we were going on a cryise the next day. When we arrived we were met with negativity by the front desk agent. I booked a suite and was given a closet. I immediately returned to the desk and inquired why we were placed in a room that was well below stabdard. The agent switched my room to a suite. The bew room was dirty with cigarette shaving still on the floor. And the smell of musk. I will not return for future cruises.

Average hotel but convenient for cruisers

This hotel is very convenient for cruisers going to the port. It’s literally a 3-min drive across the street. There’s a CVS next door which is handy for last minute items but the hotel itself is very average. Tiny room that wasn’t as clean as I’d expect. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny. Your knees practically hit the sink when you are using the toilet. The AC blasts so hard and loud we had to turn it off despite it being hot. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected and we would not stay here again given the many options in the area.

Great location

Good location, But, 14 floors, many rooms and just 2 tiny elevators of 4 persons each is not enough. The wait at the time of check out was ridiculous to get an elevator. Everytime you go in and out the wait was bad. Other than that is a good place
