The rooms are extremely small . Don’t let them convince you to upgrade your room, it’s not worth it . The elevator doesn’t tell you which floor you are going to. No pool . AC unit is super loud .

The staff was great, but the photos made it look like a beautiful clean big room. We were in room 10 minutes I felt sick. The room was so small, smelled, dirty floor, trash on the floor and soiled sheets.

Just wasn’t that clean. The elevators were terrible. One was broken. So for a 17 floor building, we only had one working elevator. So wasn’t that great.

The hotel’s staff was friendly and accommodating, however, the hotel was not in good condition. The rooms were filthy and the hotel smelled really bad. We found a bug in our room which also added to the bad experience.

Picked this hotel as close to cruise port and thankfully only stayed the night before our cruise. Room we were given was nothing like those pictured on the website, it had one high position window, was very small and in poor condition. Headboard of bed dirty and damaged, bathroom dirty and very small, no electrical sockets, pillows a joke only fit for bin! Would definitely not recommend or ever use again!

Nice hotel close to the port . The room was good and served well the one night we stayed. The problem was the elevator.. in the checkout morning, after waiting for 20 minutes we decided to go the 9 floors by stairs, not great to carry the luggage all the way down.

This is a good choice if staying for only one night. The room and the bathroom were extremely small! When you enter the room you were basically in the bed. You could jump from the doorway into the bed. And when you sat on the bed if you stuck out your legs you could touch the walls on the side. The bathroom was even worse. Im not exaggerating you could sit on the toilet and reach the sink to brush your teeth. There was barely any room to take a shower! If you are big person or have a disability you would not be able to move around in this room.
