Ice storm and found shelter here. The basics and no complaints except no USB ports in the room. Macy’s not standard but seems common other places. I Didn’t have a block but had cord from the car, but no USB on lamps or anywhere to charge. Other wise clean, available, comfy, near the airport, good sleep.

Purposely got this hotel for the pool and once we got there the pool was closed. I checked the website and nothing was on there. I would have went somewhere else if I had known. I had some very upset children. Also the room wasn’t that nice. The toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall and there was mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. Had some random drips going down the wall.

Aside from the friendliness of only the overnight staff, the deficiencies with this property are too numerous to list. Electrocution, unannounced intruding staff, and physical property neglect for starters!

Convienent to restaurants- some you could walk to. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was sweet, polite and super helpful. (The hairdryer they supplied was an older model that literally caught fire while I was drying my hair this morning, otherwise it would be rated, Excellant! 😃

Checked in at 8pm on Friday...opened the door to the room and the room was completely a mess. The beds were off the frames, pillows on the floor, no sheets or bedding. The bed was still pulled out from the couch with cushions on floor. Bathroom not cleaned. We were given a new room, but it was a smaller room then what we booked and paid for. In the restaurant the tables were still dirty from the night before well into the afternoon. The breakfast options were few choices and the food was not fresh. The only good thing was the staff. The staff was incredibly nice and kind.
