I couldn’t even get into the lobby, I didn’t stay here and they still charged me. Hopefully I’ll get a refund but my niece and I had to find another place to stay. I was very disappointed

Not the dirtiest place but could be cleaner.

Staff just doing their job, not tryingto help. TVnot working. Receptionist said remote needed programmed and would send someone. No one showed up.

The stay fulfilled its purpose. The gentleman at the desk at check in was helpful but speaking later to the female on the next shift was not as accommodating or friendly. The lobby was under construction, as it had been for months before our stay, but we chose to book regardless.
