Breakfast was great with hot and cold choices. Beds were comfortable . My husband loved the pillows, I thought they were awful. Bathtub was slippery. It was ok for one night , a little pricey.

This could have been 5 stars but first let's start with the positive. The room was great. It was clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. Layout was a little odd but overall we have no complaints. Overall the hotel seemed recently updated but I noticed some areas were not being repaired which in time will give the feeling of being run down. There were lobby areas where molding were in disrepair. The TV in the breakfast area was not working, again in disrepair. Lighting was out in certain areas. This all added up to subtract from expectations.

I canceled on time by Expedia and the hotel charge me the total amount, I talked with the staff members of the Spark Hilton Hotel and the were very rude telling me that the hotel won’t refund the money. When we first arrived our AC wasn’t working properly. When I went to the front desk she had no room to move me to. Promptly contacted maintenance and they came very quickly. Resolved the issues and we had a very comfortable night sleep.
