Property was good for the one night stay, room was nice, breakfast was good the restaurant for dinner was ok. The airport shuttle upon arrival took 2 phone calls and over an hour to pick us up. The return shuttle from the hotel was very efficient however the website says 4 euro when in fact it was 15 euro for the shuttle - hopefully this gets updated,

It is close to Malpensa Airport, Convenient for flying in/out Malpensa, but really poor transfer options make it less practical. E15.00/per room each way is ridiculous! They should offer 24 hour shuttle service, as it is used mainly by airline travelers. I am sure that by offering this service they would increase their satisfaction and loyalty from travelers. Internet service is a joke. So slow, that is basically useless. Bed confort is not at IHG level, should upscale. Surprisingly, the restaurant was better than expected. We dined there and the pinsa and pasta was surprisingly good. We had gelato which was also decent. The restaurant does not look too appealing, more like a hospital waiting room feel, but the service was professional. Check in was a little rough though. I didn’t feel welcomed. Apart from that it serves it purpose. But beware of false fire alarms and evacuation sirens in the morning as it happened this morning Don’t spend more than a night here!

This is a nice hotel near Milan airport.Make sure you use the main roads to get to this hotel.Driving from off roads to get to this hotel takes you to areas behind the hotel that can be unsafe and scary.

Fine hotel for overnight stay. Excellent staff. Good restaurant and bar. The surrounding area has one good restaurant, Samarcanda, within walking distance but the night we went there the line was out the door.

This hotel was exactly what was required. Clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff and breakfast staff very pleasant and efficient. Best breakfast buffet I have experienced in a Holiday Inn express. Fruit, yogurt, hot eggs, bacon, full range of pastries and tarts. The shuttle was 18 eu per room booked the night before. We took a taxi from airport the night before at 20eu for two adults with 2 large suitcases and two carry on. So fair price. Shuttle is not run by hotel but appears to be an area shuttle. If taking train, try to start from terminal 2 which is smaller with fewer people. It was easy seating at terminal 2 but then standing room only by the time people boarded at terminal 1.

Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located close to the airport. We stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning. We were a bit confused about the free shuttle from the airport (coming from Milan) to reach the hotel, but airport staff helped to confirm the pickup location. Smooth sailing. The food at the restaurant was good too, after a long day of travel.

Wow, the free breakfast is FANTASTIC with super fun staff! Front desk staff were very busy at check-in, but were patient and helpful with all of our questions. FYI: The free airport shuttle drops you off a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel and there is NOT really a sidewalk to use. Or, you can pay for an express shuttle if you talk to the front desk staff. Rooms were clean but very bare bones, so this was a good fit for our one-night stay before flying back home.
