The put me in first floor room near the elevator and busy street, although I learned after I checked in and returned to my room later they did have rooms on the 9th floor much further from the noisy grumbling elevators. By now it was 10:30 pm and they offered a higher floor room I was not on repackaging, moving and unpacking again. I had an early train in the morning. Why not give me a good room to begin with rather than dumping me in one of their worst rooms? Be aware of this place and ask many questions or they will take advantage of you. (I asked for ear plugs but they didn’t have any) They should treat guests right the first time then no need for meaningless apologies.

Convenient comfortable hotel near station

Super convenient to central station with valet parking. Very comfortable bed. Room was a bit stuffy and warm with no real way to make it cooler

Location is kind of convenient, a bit dirty the place, room has a smell like smoke and is noisy not only surroundings but also the heating system.

Location is very close to Milan Centrale but the area surrounding is quite noisy at night. The hotel entrance was somewhat inconvenient due to the flight to stairs leading down to the lobby. Staff will be able to help with heqvy luggages but it may not be manned at all times. We visited in early November where outside temperature was below 21 degrees celcius so there was no air conditioning allowed in the room. While we managed with opening the room window but it didn't ventilate the room sufficiently and we could hear loud street noise through the night.
