The girl at the front desk was not very kind at all. She was very short and rude. We did not get the king bedroom that we booked online but instead received a different room with double beds that we paid the same price for. We even had a cockroach on the floor to welcome us to our room. Lovely stay.

This hotel needs a complete remodel. It is atrocious. The bathroom was grossly unclean (shower was filthy), the entire hotel smells like an old restaurant, the towels were old and dingy, the bed was uncomfortable and vents are full of dust. I should’ve known that the room would be gross when I saw how dirty the elevator was. However, the lady at the front desk was very nice.

It was a terrible experience. I’ll be contacting the corporate office. A staff member was out of line and was loud and rude to me. There is also a security problem at the hotel. They are giving master keys to guests. The first room we were in had a running toilet that would not stop. The second room had a sink where the water backed up that would not go down. The bathtub was stained with ground in dirt and the bathroom smelled.

The man at front desk was on his cell as we were trying to check in. Our check seemed less important and then he says did I give you your license back and he scrambled to find it. Then couldn’t find our reservation. The walls were paper thin. Our neighbor let his alarm go off for 5 minutes. We could even he him urinating in the toilet. Hotel is in a hole behind a vape store and hair care product store.
