All front desk staff that we had interaction with were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in downtown Milwaukee several times over the years and for a large downtown hotel this exceeded our expectations. It is very close to places we like to visit like the Public Market and Benelux Cafe which about a five minute walk. We were staying downtown to attend the Neil Young concert at the BMO pavilion on the Summerfest grounds. This was a very straightforward 30 minute walk to the concert.

They had what they called dinner snacks but really it was dinner! We had a lot of choices and the food was absolutely delicious. I also had a breakfast buffet. It was awesome. Very delicious with lots of choices.

A lot of walking, parking is 4th floor through 10th, entry on 3rd, ealk down to 2nd, the take elevator to 1st floor lobby. Felt a little like a Hamster in tubes.

Convenient and affordable

Love this hotel. Very walkable for downtown Milwaukee. Layout was different than I’ve experienced in a hotel and we both appreciated it. Parking was easy and affordable. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.
