Upon arrival, we were given an accessible room, which we did not request however, when I went back to change our room, I was told it was given to us because we requested an accessible room. However, the accessible room was dirty and furniture, and it needed to be replaced, and it was on the first floor a very hard way for a disabled person to get back to the accessible rooms. I thought that was Inconvenient, even though I’m not disabled, but for a disabled person that would be very inconvenient. The second room that we were given was on the fourth floor and the room still had hair on the floor in the tub and on the sink. So the room was not totally clean sufficiently. The breakfast buffet was OK, but not great. The sausages were not cooked completely. However, the omelette station was good.

Definitely stay again

The staff was all super friendly. This was the quietest hotel room ever! Room seemed bigger than other embassy's. Double queen bar open till 11, great area to play pool, darts, shuffle board with the family next to the bar!

We usually love staying at the Embassy Suites. It is our go to place to stay when we come to Milwaukee, but we will reconsider next time. They have several elevators but only one functioned when it wanted to. We were stuck on the second floor with no way down because the elevator would stop on the second floor, but it would not open. When we took the stairs in two different locations, we came to an emergency only fire door exit. We finally walked up to the third floor to take the elevator to go down to the lobby. The desk clerk told us of a set of stairs that we could use in the center of the hotel which exited to the breakfast area fortunately. We made several trips carrying our luggage, which was heavy unfortunately, down so we could check out. I asked if perhaps the elevators were malfunctioning because of the recent flooding and the clerk told me no, they do this when they are used a lot. THAT is why I question whether we will stay here again. I don’t want to take that chance.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Brookfield. Room was very spacious and clean. Lobby area and hotel restaurant were very nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing! Made to order omelets and eggs. There was also a full hot breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The space was amazing - it’s so nice to be able to separate the sleeping area from the rest of the room by shutting the door. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are kind. Wonderful stay!

That were able to get us a room when the hotel we had booked for the night canceled our reservation due to the flooding in the area. We very appreciative of the quick and courtesy concern for our needs.

Food options were limited to pub style food from the bar however, breakfast was very good. Had like an omelette station and all the rest of it very good breakfast. The bed was OK. However, the room smelled of a dog in the front room suite area of it they came and sprayed, but the spray only lasted for a short while And the Flooring made my socks dirty. It’s was not clean.
