There was no body soap in shower. There was a tiny bit of hand wash and sink area. No bar soap that we could resort to. The men’s washroom and lobby was out of order. The staff at the front desk was not very friendly.

Gave this stay a one star because it was horrible front desk service when checking in, my neighbors were loud. It was 3:10pm and they were yelling and playing music went down stairs told me they couldn’t move my room because they were booked out but I don’t understand why they couldn’t switch it with someone not here yet to a different one and they did not stop being loud and no idea of they even called them- I was trying to nap. We decided to go out and and got back at 10:30pm and they were still loud. I called room services and they called them to be quiet but it continued so I called again. All the neighbors were loud there was music blasting, and it didn’t seem like anyone cared It was the middle of the night. I even recorded it because it was so loud. Clean rooms. Beds were too soft. Water was hot though. Just did not enjoy myself and waste of money since I didn’t get to sleep till past 1am and woke up at 7 to continue my trip. Should have just slept in my car and saved money. Really unhappy and a waste of money.

I’ve stayed at this place multiple times, but this will be the last. To those who have trouble seeing just a warning the rooms are very dark. If you don’t keep the blinds open all the time it’s very dark-there is no big floor lamp to illuminate the room. The door to the outside (I was on the first floor) how to bar in it so it could not be opened, but the latch did not work. There was chipped paint all over the door frame in the bathroom. It was extremely loud even up until 11 PM. This is a place where there are lots of kids stay for events in the area. I was extremely disappointed to know I couldn’t even get a real glass, from the bar, to take to my room. They insisted on putting my drink in a plastic cup. Sometimes you just wanna drink out of a glass! My biggest issues were the darkness of the room in the loudness of the environment. The area around the hotel has a lot of things such as grocery store and easy Expressway access so it is nice for that. Kids seem to enjoy the pool in the hot tub.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! There was someone smoking marijuana in their room the smoke was thick. Staff allowed this to continue and when I complained for the 3rd time the desk person told me I was a liar and argued with me. They are rude, unprofessional and quite frankly trashy!! Do not let the property appearance fool you. I was forced to take my children through a hallway full of drug smoke so we could leave. DISGUSTING
