Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was average at best for the money. Biggest disappointment was requiring signup to Hilton Honors Club to get basic amenities such as free WiFi. Who wants to get spammed to death for WiFi that should be free at $220/night.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Brookfield Conference Center. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotless, the facilities were in top-notch condition, and the staff was consistently friendly and professional. The location is ideal—safe, quiet, and close to great shopping and dining options. Parking was a breeze, which made coming and going super convenient. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this property offers a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming environment. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel room had sewage back up in shower making our room not available after first night, paid for two rooms for two nights… was told by manager there wasn’t any other rooms and that she had nothing to offer us was extremely rude to me in my moment of stress being out of town and being told no room for my family .was going to leave my family if 6 in one room with our children sleeping on the floor . Eventually after hour or so of my stuff sitting in hallway, delayed our plans for the evening, stressing over where to stay and dealing with her bad attitude at the desk somehow a new room became available…. But was a total joke leading up to that moment . The maintenance man had better customer service than the hotel manager!!! Also , who pays 15$ per person for continental Buffett less than par !? Honestly this hotel ruins it for Hilton !!!!!!!

Location is excellent next to Brookfield Mall. Room was clean but on the smaller side. Shower-only. Housekeeping every other day, only 3 full size towels in the room. Mattress is on the softer side as is usual for hotels. TV basic cable only (no smart TV). They charge extra for breakfast, which is not a big deal given you are next to a mall. Swimming pool also small but it was not crowded at all. Gym looking well equipped. Fridge in the room worked very well. Overall, a good stay, not sure about value, though.
