Please fix toilet in 118

Our room had a broken toilet upon check in at Thursday night. We had to go over to the Wisconsin Center for work I asked the front desk person to have someone come look at it and that we wouldn't be back until like 9:00 or 10:00 that night. They did fix it temporarily and it worked properly for about 5 minutes or two flushes whichever happened first. We spent the entire rest of the weekend listening to the tank run constantly all night for three nights in a row

Valet service was above and beyond. The drivers were very attentive. This alone I would give 5 stars. However the staff in the restaurant never stopped by one time to check on us during the Sunday morning buffet. We had to get silverware and salt and pepper off a different table. Very disappointed, and expensive for absolutely no service. The room itself was beautiful and quiet.
