We had a group stay at the hotel and we were met with so many disappointments by one front desk staff all three days. We will be addressing the unpleasant experiences directly with management. Employee professionalism and customer service must improve with staff.

The only issue was we asked for a blanket in the evening and never received one. The next morning the front desk told us they had no one to bring it up. Had we known, we could have came and picked it up.
