The Motel 6 in Glendale is on it's last legs. My room had one working light in the bathroom and one on the side of the bed. There was no power to the other lights and in fact, other lights didn't even have bulbs. There is no coffee or hot water in the lobby at any time of the day and you couldn't Maria said they don't provide it even though the website says they do. The room was absolutely gross and the common areas of the hotel were not just shabby. but were dirty. I can handle old and imperfect, but I wanted a clean room, working lights and to get a cup of coffee from the lobby. Motel 6 failed on all levels. It is clearly an "off record" transient hotel. The staff are cordial if not pleasant and that's the only positive thing I can say. It's not their fault that there are roaches crawling around in broad daylight. I left the room after a couple of minutes of inspection. The roach on the wall in the bathroom was an unpleasant find and I couldn't stay even though at that point I had not received a refund. I couldn't find a room in the area that fit my budget so I worked my way home. The only positive comment I can make is that the shower stall (no tub) appeared to be clean and the bed was made with a blanket and sheets free from stains. Housekeeping isn't at fault for bugs and disrepair. I urge anyone reading this not book and hope for the best. If you're like me, need a a cheap room and don't expect much, you will still be disgusted by this dump.

We we arrived it was sort of later on the day. The person on duty barely spoke to us when checking in. Then once I got a chance to fully look at the place chipping at the wall next to the bed. Bathroom door had multiple holes or punches in them. Curtains had holes in them. I told the manager about it and he said I got you!! I only stayed because the beds were comfortable but no microwave or fridge in the room the top to the toliet did not fit. Plus someone was arguing and slamming doors everyday

Upon my arrival around midnight there was some loud people across the hall and the next room over. About 20 minutes later this changed to loud yelling and fighting and a small child crying. I changed my clothes and went down to the lobby to report this. The staff on duty along with the security guard went down to the room and told the occupants they had 10 minutes to leave the building. About 20 minutes later the police arrived, screaming and fighting started again. After 10 minutes all was quiet for the rest of the night. I just want to thank the staff on duty for their quick response.

I always check the room before i lay down. I came in. Checked it and both beds had and both beds had dry blood on it. And you can tell thw sheets weren't washed. The lady at the front gave us one pair of new sheets so now my 2 kids, my husband, and i are stuck sleeping on one bed. Instead of being able to put the kids on one and adults on the other. This is one of the worst experiences i have had. And wish i could get my money back. Im only here because they wont.

Everyone that works there hates their lives. They’re miserable ghetto staff. The motel is so dirty, loud, and I’m sure I need an antibiotic shot just because I stayed there.
