The ice machine and elevator were both broken. We stayed two nights with our family with three rooms total. Both of the other rooms had to be reassigned as they found bugs in their beds.

upon arrival, there were people loitering around the front entry - the lobby and entry smelled of marijuana. Insufficient staff, dirty common areas. Our room lock was broke. Felt unsafe the entire time. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were great.

The staff wouldn't refund us money because it was booked on Expedia. We were given room after room...bugs, dirty towels, cracked and moldy bathroom, smoke and musty smell. This is the worst hotel I have ever stated in. There was glass in the BBQ area. Breakfast was so bad, even the kids didnt want to eat it

Bit rundown, plenty of signs up, saying they’re repainting areas with notices on multiple floors with damage vandalism on the doors of the lift and signage inside the lift, ice machine on the ground floor out of order. Hair noticeable in bathroom and on the wall in bathroom and in the bathtub of the shower. Shower-head clogged up with sediment so no pressure for shower. Multiple green stains on the carpet. Microwave in the room had no microwave plate in. I reported this to front desk. And the Front desk gave me a new plate which doesn’t fit. It’s too big. I had to have the inconvenience of stay of using the one down near the breakfast area on the ground floor. White blind of room has a square cut in it from damage. Bug crawling on the spare bed spread. Breakfast is served from 6 to 10 AM. Noticed a very small amount of condiments maple syrup etc not restocked and a lack of cups for using for dispensing the waffle mix. Waffle mix batter on the walls and other areas of the breakfast counter area that's not been cleaned since my whole stay there. Regular noise from other rooms and the hallway as well. I mention it to the staff from the front desk. Their response was the owner neglect to take care or doesn’t do things because it doesn’t matter and they won’t listen to the feedback from the staff from guests.

I did not like the pillows at all. The mattress was comfortable, and the room extremely clean, but the pillows were small and hard. Also, one of the towels was torned.

We came from out of state. There was no parking and was asked if we would drop our trailer we had a 4x8 and leave it in ine place and park in another we refused. Hotel smelt like weed there was people in the mIn area and halls drinking and loud all theough the night and as well as outside the building. Want ice? You dont get that either. Food was bare, floor in hotel in front of bathroom was dirty almost like blood and because i am a bug freak i checked our bed for any signs of bugs and found dirty stained sheets . We got one key card for four people. It was very disappointing and a environment sadly my kids have never been exposed to and we will never visit again.

It was quiet, the room was clean. Didn’t have a plate in the microwave, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, and the bathroom door didn’t close very well. Found random hair balls in the hallways and the breakfast was just okay at best. It’s was a place to stay and close to our event.

This hotel was the worst hotel i habe ever been in. Bugs everwhere, buggers on the walls dirty sheet and it stunk. Transferred to 5 different rooms all for the same issue and asked 3 tines a day if a manager could call me and they nwver reached out or refunded me.

The only room left on the Expedia site was terrible, sorry we booked it through Expedia. Couldn’t get a printed bill at checkout, was double billed, hotel not cooperative dealing with us since it was booked through Expedia. Room was next to the elevator and could be heard being used all night. Room was above the front entrance, so we heard people talking for 2 straight hours between 5AM and 7AM. The bathroom sink faucet was missing the aerator, so water just gushed out. No body lotion in the shower, but locked by the sink, which in a separate room. The only ice machine in the hotel wasn’t working. Breakfast was a mess, had to hunt for plates, there was no butter available one morning, the next morning no knives were available, ran out of milk. No more AmericInns and no more booking with Expedia.
