The staff were very nice! The room was needed some work. The bathroom door would not stay shut. There is chiping paint in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. The water in the hot tub was luke warm and the restroom door in the pool area would not lock.

room was not in good condition, especially the bathroom. Some of the wall around the tub was broken and the whole thing looked like mold could be in the tub area. Desk person who was there when we first arrived wasn't very pleasant. We were offered early check in and took it for $25.00, but it really wasn't an option. We did not get confirmation on it, so it didn't happen,

I have no complaints with the staff. The room wasn't great. It had the loudest heater I've heard and it made it hard to sleep. Shower floor creaked and sounded like I was going to fall through. Bathroom ceiling showed signs of age and mildew.
