The staff was amazing! Every person we encountered was more accommodating than the next! Highly recommend. The breakfast in the morning had many options even for those with picky eaters and allergies.

The Bloomington location provides several restaurants within walking distance because it is across the street from Mall of America. There are also has 2 restaurants next door to the hotel. One restaurant is open 24 hours to meet your needs.

Everything was fine ,good food , clean rooms but once I checked my email omw home , I have so many notifications where the hotel was trying to charge my card money I didn’t even owe ..I already paid for my room ..I stayed from Friday til Monday ..so from Saturday 4/12/25 to today 4/18/2025 they tried charging my card ..$204..$304..$500…$259 ..$359..good thing I keep my cards locked.i tried calling to see what the hell is going on ..no answer so I just ordered me a new card ..

You supposedly offer "discounted" tickets to Mall of America...only to find out we had been charged DOUBLE what we would have paid at the gate without a "discount " Housekeeping walked in our room without knocking...we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and it was 2 hours before checkout time...no excuse for that.

It’s very nice to have a space where a door can be shut separating the sleeping area from the rest of the room. M y husband gets up earlier than I do. This set up give us both space to sleep or be awake. The front desk workers were very friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. Breakfast workers were great at getting food out.

Property did not live up to the Country Inn and suites brand. Furniture and carpet were beat up, discolored, and in need of replacement. Breakfast was good, well staffed, and well stocked. Close to MoA.

Highly recommend

We came for a family trip with a family of 6. We got a connecting rooms. Staff was delightful and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our key card and they were helpful and took care of it promptly. Loved the breakfast! Lots of choices. They had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in shower. Would stay again on next trip!
