Great stay!

Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was large, clean and nicely located. Walked to the Mall of America for dinner last night and caught an early flight out. Drove to the airport (7 min drive) but there is a shuttle service offered from the hotel to the airport.

This was our third stay and the accommodations were good. Staff is friendly, however it took two requests before the shower chair was finally dropped off. (2nd request was pretty quick). The night front desk were super loud so don't stay in 108 if someone will be sleeping on the sofa bed. Breakfast is good with a large selection. Great access to the Mall of America. Frequest shuttles to the O'Hare. I would recommend it.

Excellent family option for hotel!

Had a great time at the country inn! Perfect walking distance to the mall. I loved the breakfast options and having two restaurants on site- TGIF and IHOP allowed food even late nights. Service was excellent. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. Would definitely recommend for value! Not fancy but great location!

BEST STAFF IN MINNEAPOLIS!! Our family loved staying at this hotel during our visit to Minneapolis. Awesome continental breakfast, generous checkout time (12pm), two indoor swimming pools and two hot tubs w/ towel service, and most importantly a safe walkway to Mall of America. Additionally, there is a TGI Friday’s and IHOP attached to the hotel.

Overall a very nice stay. Our toilet made noises when we flushed and one of the lights on the wall randomly turned off and on, but we weren't bothered enough by either to say anything about it. The breakfast buffet and the pool and hot tub were all nice. Very easy to walk to and from the Mall. Staff was very friendly.

Everyone on the staff appeared sincerely helpful and pleasant. They actually appeared happy to see us, not just putting on an act required by management. My one complaint is that, while compostable plates (hurray!) were used for breakfast, all trash was dumped together. You need a separate trash bin for the compostable trash.

The overall property was great , I had called prior to going and asked what their pet policy was and I was told they do not accept pets . However once we arrived I saw plenty of pets staying at the property!
