I enjoyed my one night stay. I went to a concert at the Xcel Energy Ctr. The hotel was close enough that I could walk to the concert. Other hotels closer were ridicously expensive. I loved the cookies at checkin. I would suggest a hotel shuttle for concerts. I'm 83 and I walked the 6 blocks. However, homeless guys along the way were a bit scary for me. I followed others walking that way and made it ok. I liked that I was able to park my own car.

Hotel staff was nice, the main areas of the hotel seemed nice as well. The check in situation isn’t ideal with the small area for cars to park in. I’d recommend parking in the ramp next door before checking in. Room was okay ish, the bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. We found chips under the bed. We weren’t there for very long so it was fine but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Usually, I associate DoubleTree with a certain standard of customer care. That was not present here. After a long morning of travel, I arrived at the hotel from the airport and needed to use the bathroom desperately. When I asked where the lobby bathroom was, the woman at the counter infromed me they do not have one.
