We stayed for 5 nights. It was comfortable and the staff friendly. We have a couple of suggestions. We are 80 and would have liked a mat in the tub to help prevent falls. It would have been helpful to have a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes on. Thank you.

The staff were great. The room was very warm when we arrived and we turned the heat down and went out for a while. When we returned, room was still hot so we turned the heat completely off for about an hour. Then set it at 63. Temp was better but the heater went off every 3 minutes for 3 minutes and was noisy fan and rattled. It took a really long time to get warm water in the sink and the drain was super slow. I advised the front desk staff about the issues at check out. Bathroom light switch was dirty.

The only suggestion I have is to provide everyone with breakfast. That is fairly typical for homes at this price point. A very good hotel with excellent employees.

This is an older building remodeled pretty recently. There were many noises in the room that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep - air conditioning was sometimes very noisy, refrigerator was noisy, loud noise through the window from airplanes, and something that sounded like plumbing. Also the sink didn't drain well.
