The staff on duty in the afternoon evening was rude. The pool area was out of towels so I went to the front desk to ask for more she gave me how many I asked for but never bothered to get more out by the pool. Any dealings we had with her she was rude and lazy. We have stayed there before but won't be again . Not to mention $10 a night parking fee!

The hotel property, along with the room, were spotless! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bed/pillows were awesome! The hotel is located in a very central location, and is easy to find. The only downside was a $10 charge to park in their lot, which I found really unnecessary. I highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying there again.

Was told by front desk they do not take Expedia VIP benefits (which was a large reason for booking this hotel) which was disappointing. Otherwise hotel is fine for 1-2 nights, decently clean and easy to access. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

We were informed that they no longer work with Expedia. After pursuing the point that my reservation included breakfast we were covered for one meal per room (we booked 2 rooms). Also informed parking is minimum $50 then increases after a week for the daily fee. The room was clean.
