Staff was rude, rooms felt dirty, I left after one night cause I was so uneasy here. I always thought la Quinta’s were supposed to be an affordable hotel that felt a little nicer. The front door was stuck open, the hall way carpets were filthy. Staff was rude. Parking lot is in major disrepair. The was no airport shuttle, there is a bus there, but it had a flat tire and weeds growing around it. The whole place is just severely dated and neglected.

First room smelled really bad so they gave me another. That room had heavy smell of cleaning products, I stayed for 5 nights and did not have them come back in and clean and the smell went away. Breakfast only from 7-9, got there close to 9 and nothing really to eat, should extend by an hour and make sure there is food. Thanks

I called La Quinta at 9:50pm for a shuttle to pick me up at airport. After 3 more calls they finally picked me up at 11:45pm. When I got there the front desk said they tried calling me but I did not answer. I had no missed calls on my phone so I guess it was just a lie to try to make me less upset. The first room key that they gave me did not work so they gave me a different room. The toilet did not flush all the time. The bathroom light over the sink did not work. The hairdryer did not work. They mattresses were so old you could visually see sink holes in the centers, extremely uncomfortable. While I was at the front desk I saw some disturbing things with other guests. 2 young girls wanted to use the vending machines but they only had a ten dollar bill. front desk would not make change for them. Another guest asked for extra pillows and they said there were not any and when that same guest asked for extra towels they said he would have to buy some. I stayed at this hotel because the price was good, it was close to the airport and I thought the shuttle would be convenient. I have used Hotels.com many times and will continue to use your service. But if I was a first time user of Hotels.com it would probably keep me from using your service again. Maybe you should re-evaluate keeping them on your website.

They put us in a room that smelt like cigarettes, had mold in the mini fridge and mold on the bathroom walls and ceilings. When I asked for a new room, the worker was getting UPSET AT ME saying they do not have any rooms available. I told him I would like a refund and I’ll stay elsewhere. When I said this he did not say anything for a while then put a card down and said a room number. I was like what?? And he says the room number again. The fact that he was getting upset with me because they put us in a horrible room is insane. The new room they put us in was completely different and didn’t smell or have mold.

Honestly there is a reason it was so cheap. Many drug addicts rent these rooms and was not a great experience. Don't rent this hotel if you have kids or want to feel safe. Will not be going back. I had to find somewhere else to sleep. Just went back in the morning to leave the keys. I could not spend the night there.

Room was clean, but the window had been left ioen from previous guest. Room was on first floor, so this is a BIG safety issue. Lobby has wall paper coming down in in big sections.

The whole building smelled bad. The carpets were old and dirty and everything was worn and old. We stayed in the back building but even the main building did not look well kept. The breakfast was the worst free breakfast we've had at any motel chain
