We waited at the front desk, which was unattended, for nearly 10 minutes with phone ringing and no answer. After checking into to our room, noticed the TV was not working. I immediately called the feon desk and was told the maintenance person would come. It took almost two hours before he showed up.

We arrived at 6pm 1 room almost ready, 2nd room wasnt ready for another hour. Our Tv didnt have a remote. Got one front desk. It didnt work. Our room was clean. Good job maids, but the condition of the building definitely run down. No shampoo in the shower. We knew this was not a five star hotel, we only needed a good bed and tv to unwind at the end of a long day. We got neither. The noise outside our room at 2 am was unbearable. Breakfast selection was minimal and limited. Coffee pots were empty. Would not recommend. There are 3 hotels within walking distance of this one. I would recommend checking them.

Hotel very old and outdated. Had to ask for housekeeping to clean room. Left 1 towel and had to chase housekeeping person to get additional towels. Found a roach on the bed. Had to have sheets changed upon check in because there were stains all over the sheets. Cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom. Windows were dirty. I should have checked out the day I checked in. People at the front desk were very nice. I was very surprised of the conditions at this Quality hotel. I have stayed at others that were great.

Staff was nice. This place needs to be inspected. Very dirty, smelled horrible, stained sheets, dirty walls, disgusting bathroom. I would never stay here ever again, I would rather sleep in my car. Again, the staff were nice, but this place needs to be demolished.

Staff are not friendly. No how are you or thank you. Stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night. There is a night club next to the hotel and music was vibrating through the hotel walls from 3 pm until 2 am the next day. The gentleman had no remorse or solutions to the problem. I got no sleep and could not stay awake for meetings the next day. Very strange people walking around the area, cashier at Casey’s up the road couldn’t care less about the customers. Never again staying here…

Also, No one brought their carts back so we had a hard time carrying all our luggage in. Should at least put up a sign: please return luggage carts after use so other patrons can use them too!!

They were remodeling. The stay was average, it’s what expected for the price, and I’d consider staying there again. The only downside was hearing walking from people upstairs. The ceilings are thin and you may hear walking above you. Overall not a bad stay at all.
