Overall good

Definitely the business/conference crowd predominately here. Restaurant is on the pricey side. Rooms are clean and modern, as is the hotel in general. Love that it is connected to the mall - super convenient if visiting for that purpose. The biggest downside is that the noise from the hallways is heard in the rooms without much muffling at all - I mean you can hear crystal clear conversations of people with the door closed and they're even a few doors down. There should be better acoustics or better sound proofing with the doors.

Could be cleaner

Had a few things in our room that didn’t seem very clean. There was an ice cream stain on the bedside table dripping onto the carpet and the shower didn’t look the cleanest. We love the location which still makes this a place we’d come back to.

We loved that the hotel was connected to the mall for extra convenience! Would be really cool if there was an open drink policy as it kind of reminds me of being on a cruise/at a casino.

Unfortunately, after staying here a previous time, this time the beds seemed especially uncomfortable - very hard. They need to add soft blankets and new mattresses or soft pillow-top addition to current mattresses. The smell in the room seems stagnant - use better cleaning products and change out the old carpet. The location was great for us - near the airport and shopping in the mall. Dining was great too. However, if the beds are uncomfortable, we won’t be staying there again.

It Was Okay

Hotel staff were wonderful. Very attentive and helpful. Just a few concerns that caused me to refrain from top ratings: - The room was chilly, even after adjusting the thermostat. Bedding was inadequate to keep us warm. - The pool was very cold. Not expecting bath water but I’m certain the water was close to 70 degrees. Even the children struggled to enjoy a swim. - Hair in shower left from the last guest. Not expecting perfection but the higher cost to stay left some disappointment.
