Perpetually broken toilet - ridiculous parking.

Great aesthetics and the room itself was very nice, a corner room with incredible lighting. Had to report a broken toilet 3 straight times. "Engineering" couldn't figure out how to get the tank to refill so we had to fill it manually. The check-in guy delivered absolutely 0 information about anything regarding the hotel and it's offerings while the gal next to him gave each guest a total low down. And I know this is likely out of the hotel's control, but the attached parking garage prices are diabolical and the hotel offers no help there, with the same rates as the garage itself. $80 for two nights. Brutal. The lone gem of the stay was the lovely bartender who was working the night of 4/18 and the morning at brunch on 4/19. She was awesome.

Needed a wheelchair accessible room and it sure was. Roll in shower was great. Only thing I would recommend is having the shower curtain lower down. The bathroom floor ended up being soaked. Luckily my husband helped me back in to my wheelchair. Staff was excellent! Had issues with my card and they helped me get it straightened out. A place.
