When we checked into our room, it smelled as if someone had been smoking in there - a lot! We went back to the front desk. They were very apologetic and immediately placed us in a different room. The breakfast was average and the same every day, but the worker had a hard time keeping up with the demand for the eggs and sausages. We were on the first floor with patio doors to the courtyard. I was a little disappointed with the grounds. Lots of weeds, dead branches and flowers. Not kept up well at all.

It was ok. Price was decent. Room was very tight. Tv was old and very poor signal. Older tub style shower. Bed however was very comfortable. Pantry had very little to choose from. Had to go to a gas station to get bottled water. First night someone was outside the side entry door where our room was smoking pot so that’s what the hallway smelled like. Last night someone in an adjacent room was smoking which filtered into our room. Wife is allergic to cig smoke and was sick all night.

Our first time staying in Sonesta ... It won't be our last. Nice and clean. Breakfast was a bit skimpy, but the dining area was packed so hard to keep up.

Perfect for us.

Clean, quiet and in a very nice area. Easy on and off to freeway. Centrally located for our activities in MOA and Eden Prairie. Really nice accommodating staff. Breakfast was awesome!

This location has all we need and it's walkable to grocery store in one direction and a a strip mall with pizza and sub sandwiches in the other direction. Clean swimming pool. Quiet hallways. Excellent customer service. Accommodations made for comfortable sleeping. Our large family was able to reserve rooms even with other large groups in the building. Complimentary breakfast is early (6-9) and basic, but hot and good. Comfortable beds. Thank you for your hospitality. We'll be back!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The king bed in the room is very comfortable except my 17 year old said the pull out couch has a bar in her back. Loved how pet friendly the hotel is. There were a couple of rooms that are not cleaning up their dog poop like they should. There were free dog poop bags even available. The room was clean except for the bathroom there was hair on the floor. Really enjoyed all of the seating in the lobby area to get out of the room for awhile. The grass courtyard with the fire pit is nice also. There is only one washer and dryer that are expensive and you need quarters for it. We did not use the pool or exercise room.

I booked 2 rooms in one transaction and chose to pay at property. Unannounced to me prior to check in, I was to pay for both rooms separately. It created more confusion at check in and more fees between myself and travel partners.

It was a very nice stay as we were in the area for a tragic funeral! The pool was nice and the room was comfortable! The breakfast was nice if you're on the go but no hot food or juice etc. Overall very nice property and stay
