The room temperature was 66.57F for two nights They send up someone to fix the heating in the room twice but no luck! We were freezing for two nights until they send some heaters and extra blankets!!!

When we checked in we immediately noticed that the air conditioner was not working. It was a cool night and we got in late so we didn’t worry about it. The next morning the air conditioning was still not working and the hot water was out. We called down to see what was going on and they said they were working on it and would comp one night of our stay. The hot water did come back but the AC was never fixed. We were brought a box fan. We have also yet to be reimbursed for the night that they said they wouldn’t charge us for.

Well the room was small, but it was ok. The only bad thing was it was so so cold in there, we tried to adjust the temperature but it didn’t work. Called down to the office and they sent maintenance up, he said he fixed it but didn’t. The temperature did not get any higher than 67.5. We froze…

Graduation weekend

We were in town for my best friend‘s graduation. Everything was pretty OK but the number one thing we realize in the room was that the thermostat indeed did not work. The room would not get any warmer no matter how high we turned up the thermostat. It was rainy and windy on our first day. We came back to a cold room and every day until we checked out, it was cold in the room.

It's okay

The hotel was clean but when I went to open the window it faced a brick wall. Never again! Also, free breakfast and park on the street free from 6 pm-8am am download the parking app and put money on your spot at 8 am, way cheaper than paying $50 for valet.

We checked into our room, it was 77° in our room. I made calls and they said it was probably because the air vent is up so high. They brought in a box fan and said it would help. We returned 7 hours later after a concert and the room was still 77°, AC was set to 65°. I was told no one could come help fix it that time of night, they also said they didn’t have any rooms available. The GM told me the next day we would be fully refunded, however, I still have yet to hear back from them. The location was great and location was clean despite the AC incident.
