The Clarion is a pretty old property and a little run down. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

Wet spots all over the floor and water damage on the walls. I almost slipped two or three times because of the wet spots. I rented this room for my bachelorette and to say I am disappointed in the experience irb

The main reason for booking this place was for the pool area for our daughter. We were not informed about the pool being closed until 2 hours before check in and that is only because I called to ask for early check in. The hotel offered to cancel my stay at no charge which was nice but offered no other accommodations. They stay was lovely and hassle free, we were just disappointed on the timing of letting us know this situation. Had we known much sooner, I would have probably moved hotels with no frustration for the Clarion.

Hotel was having a rough weekend

They were very friendly and interactive with my kiddos. They had an issue happen with the pool so it was unavailable during our stay. But they called and offered to cancel our room free of charge due to the inconvenience, which was very respectable. Used the fitness room which was very clean and well kept. The waffle maker wasnt working properly, which was disappointing for my child, but overall it was a good place to stay. Ive stayed in the past and loved each previous stay. This is a nice facility with kind and generous employees.

Minot Clarion

Front desk staff were excellent; the room appeared decent but after settling in, when I turned the bed open and before sleeping in it, I found black hair in the bed sheets and dried nose mucus on the comforter. Not only is this alarming and disgusting, this lack of attention to detail will cost this chain my business in the future.
